Returns, Replacement & Cancellation

Our goal is to give you the best shopping experience and provide you the best customer service. But if you’re not satisfied or not happy with our product, please let us know the difficulties you are facing. We’ll replace the product to the new one, if the product is defective. We give 15 days’ time from the date of despatch to return the product for replacement.

We strive to serve you with quality product, we check while processing your order and confirm to deliver in good condition, may be get damaged during transit. Please bring it to our notice within 24 hours from you receive the product.  If you receive the package in broken or damaged condition you can return it to us for replacement at our cost.  In any case there is no cash refund.

If you wish to cancel your order you can do so any time within 12 hours from the time of order (by email to askagriproducts@gmail.com or Cell (whatsApp) number + 91 73584 52525) mentioning your order number, once your order is processed and despatched no cancellation is possible.
